In addition to the repair, maintenance and servicing of your JB moving lights, our service team is primarily responsible for technical support. The aim of this is to be able to assist you directly on the phone or with a short e-mail response to minor problems or simple faults.
Telephone support
Technical support is limited to enquiries and minor faults and error messages, which you can resolve yourself during the call or immediately afterwards. Our service team will also be happy to help you with any problems or questions about installing new software updates and will also accept your spare parts orders at any time. However, if the problem is complex, previously unknown or unidentifiable, remote diagnosis by telephone makes little sense. Only one thing will help in this case: Send us the device including the completed service form. We will then take care of everything else on site.
Full service à la JB-Lighting
With regular maintenance, the already very robust and durable JB headlights remain in the best possible shape. This is not the only reason why the cleaning of the devices is part of the service at our technical support. Of course, you can also do this yourself. For this purpose, we are happy to provide you with all the important utensils needed for a software update or for the optimal care/cleaning of our moving heads with our service kit: two high-quality brushes, a cleaning cloth, silicone oil and HT grease as well as an adapter cable (USB to OTG) for service updates.
